2. Your statutory rights

This Return Policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Finnish and European Union consumer law. In particular, the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) give you the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have rights in relation to defective goods (e.g. right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive those rights. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer law, the law prevails.

3. Right of withdrawal (14-day withdrawal period)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) using our contact details in section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission if you wish, but it is not mandatory. We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we do not refund the cost of any premium delivery you may have chosen), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g. you may open the packaging to inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary for such inspection). We recommend that you return the goods in their original packaging where possible and use a trackable delivery service.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under EU and Finnish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of contracts. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply (or may be lost) in the following situations, where applicable:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed bottles or blister packs of dietary supplements that have been opened or used). In such cases, we may not be required to accept the return unless the goods are defective.
  • Goods that have been made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

If you are unsure whether your product falls under an exception, please contact us before sending the product back. We will inform you whether we can accept the return and, if so, under what conditions.

5. Defective or damaged goods

If the goods you received are defective, damaged, or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, missing items, broken packaging that affects the product), you have statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within a reasonable time and, where possible, with photos or a description of the defect or damage. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will handle your claim in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not charge you for the cost of return shipment where the goods are indeed defective or non-conforming. Refunds or replacements for defective or non-conforming goods will be processed without undue delay.

6. How to return goods

To return goods under the 14-day withdrawal right or as part of a defect claim:

  1. Contact us using the details in section 1 and state that you wish to return the product. Include your order number (if you have it), your name, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm the return and, where applicable, provide you with instructions or a return address (if not already stated in your order confirmation).
  3. Pack the product securely, preferably in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, ensure that caps are closed and the product is not leaking. If the product has been opened and is subject to an exception to the right of withdrawal (see section 4), we will inform you before you send it.
  4. Send the package to the address we provide, using a trackable method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipment unless the goods are defective or we have agreed otherwise. Keep your proof of posting and tracking number until the refund is completed.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund (or replacement, where applicable) as set out in this policy and in accordance with the law.

7. Refund processing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within the time limits required by law (e.g. within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or of receiving the goods back, as applicable). If your payment was by card, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

8. Partial returns and multiple items

If you ordered multiple items and wish to return only some of them, you may do so in accordance with this policy. The refund will apply only to the returned items. If you received a discount or free shipping based on the total order value, we may adjust the refund to reflect the price that would have applied had you only ordered the items you are keeping, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Business customers

If you are purchasing not as a consumer but in the course of your trade, business, craft, or profession, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law may not apply. Your rights and our return and refund terms will be as agreed in your contract with us or as required by applicable commercial law. Please contact us to agree on return conditions before placing an order if you are a business customer.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect returns for orders placed before the change, except where the change is more favourable to you or where required by law. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
